The metre chosen for a Suprabhatam poem is usually Vasantatilaka. The most well-known Suprabhatam work is the Venka esasuprabhatam recited at Tirupati to awaken Venka esa. Sri Venkatesa Suprabhatam consists of four parts: Suprabhatam, Sri Venkatesa Stothram, Prapatti, and Mangalasasanam.
